These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pacific Images ("the Service"), an AI-powered platform that generates commercial product imagery from garment photos you upload. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content you do not own or have the rights to use, including garments, logos, or artwork belonging to others.
- Generate imagery that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts real individuals without consent.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI providers.
3. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant Pacific Images a limited licence to process, store, and transform those images solely to provide the Service to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the generated outputs and may use them for commercial purposes.
4. AI-generated output
Outputs are produced by automated models and may contain imperfections. While the Service is designed to preserve your garment accurately, we do not warrant that every output is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.
5. Credits and billing
Generation consumes credits. Free credits may be provided at sign-up. Paid plans and credit purchases, where offered, are billed as described at checkout. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Images is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
