This Privacy Policy explains what data Pacific Images ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what is needed to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, company (optional), and a securely hashed password.
- Uploaded images: the garment photos you upload for processing.
- Generated content: the product images we create for you and their quality scores.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the Service: to authenticate you, process your images through AI providers, store your generated outputs, and maintain your project history. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
To generate images we send your uploaded garment and prompt data to third-party AI providers strictly to fulfil your generation request. We choose providers that do not require you to grant them rights to reuse your content for their own training where avoidable.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access is restricted and traffic is encrypted in transit.
5. Your rights
You can access and update your profile, download a copy of your data, and permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
6. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your projects, garments, generated images, and account record are removed.
7. Cookies
We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
